1. General Setup

   1. Turn ON wi-fi hotspot with internet data connectivity for live stream.
   2. Ensure The Church laptop is connected to the wi-fi hotspot from Step 1.
   3. Ensure the USB cable from the mixer is connected to the laptop for audio connection.
   4. Ensure the HDMI cable from the projector is connected to the laptop for Main Projector connection.

2. Lyrics Projection Setup

   1. Launch OpenLP on the laptop and open the service (or create it if not already done)
   2. Share the OpenLP Remote URL/QR code to Singing team from Settings -> Configure OpenLP -> Remote Interface
   3. Ask the singing team to connect to Wifi (Name: PuneCFC; Password: punecfc123) to be able to access the OpenLP Remote URL.
   4. Note: Anyone from the singing team can control OpenLP for Projection via the Remote URL, while others can access the <ip_address>:4316/stage for viewing the lyrics for the service.
   5. Click on any song from the service to go live for further testing the output in upcoming steps.

3. Live Stream Setup

   1. Launch OBS Studio
   2. Ensure the Audio Input is set to “LINE-MX”
      1. In the Scenes section (left bottom), click on the “Welcome Screen” scene,
      2. Then in the Sources section (2nd from the left bottom), double-click on the “Mixer Audio via USB” source,
      3. In the pop-up properties window, ensure the Device is set to “LINE-MX”
   3. Ensure the Lyrics from OpenLP are coming through.
      1. Switch to the “Only OpenLP” scene and check if the lyrics from OpenLP are visible properly in the Preview section (Top half  Left).
   4. Ensure the DroidCam Video Input is configured right.
      1. Ensure the phone used as camera is connected to the mobile wifi-hotspot used for the laptop (General Setup – Step 1)
      2. Launch the DroidCam OBS app on the phone
      3. On the laptop OBS studio, switch to the “Only Video” scene and double-click on the DroidCam OBS source
      4. Ensure or key-in the IP and port from the DroidCam OBS mobile app to the pop-up properties window on the laptop
   5. Ensure the Phone is mounted properly and set the right brightness in the DroidCam OBS app
   6. Ensure only the Mixer audio is enabled
      1. Switch through each of the scenes and ensure in the Audio Mixer section (Bottom Center) that all other Audio sources are muted, while only “Mixer Audio via USB” is set.
   7. Create Broadcast and Start Streaming
      1. In the Controls section, click on the “Manage Broadcast” button.
      2. In the YouTube Broadcast Setup pop-up window, Append the current date to the existing title.
      3. Note: All the required fields’ data would be pre-filled
      4. Click on “Create Broadcast and start streaming” button.
      5. Note: The stream and local recording should have begun…
      6. Check the stream from any other device, which is not connected to the wifi-hotspot or the PuneCFC wi-fi connection.
      7. If the stream is working fine, share the YouTube live stream link in the Pune CFC WhatsApp group.
